ok here are a few ideas.

1. candy-themed party

      - make a "candy buffet" and set out little jars of candy and have the people put some with scoops into little bags as favors for each person

2. glitter-themed party

     - everything glitter!

3. movie-themed party

      - give yourself a little red carpet and all! it would be cute to go all out for something like that, something your friends hadnt seen!

4. murder-mystery party

    - this is one of my FAVORITES. it sounds childish but my friend just had one as a sweet 16, it was SOOOOO much fun.

5. huge makeup/sleepover party

    - obviously wouldnt be a hit if you have a lot of guy friends lol but its cute for girls... also spa-theme with mani/pedis etc

6. cooking party!

     - its so cute to have like a cooking or baking party and just have everyone bake cookies or make food or something, lol its actually a lot of fun

other ideas for parties if you DONT want to have them at home:

- go to the movies

- go to the zoo.. i dont know if that sounds to little kid-y for you  but i think its kind of fun

-take everyone to see a play or a concert... i mean that would get expensive if youre having a lot of people but still, a good option

- rent out a little restaurant for the night and decorate it up and have a birthday dinner there with all of your friends! i think that would be really cute

well every single one of my friends always has a sleepover.

some invite like 13 girls and some only invite 4.

just make sure you have alot of room and food. and movies are good too.

and one way to make you party really fun is to play pranks on people.
