Hi I have a SGH S401I CELL PHONE .it is over a year old .It wont work at all since today.It seems to be frozen . the display showed normal but none of the keys respond. I took out battery and tried again . When it looks for my pin number the keys still wont respond. One minute it was fine next its faulty. C an you helpthanks Paul
