Hi ! I have a lot of disposable cameras that I have used over the years but have not been developed !?

I was wondering since they have an exp date , If the pics are ruined !

If the film is color, and the expiration date is way past due, then the color of the photos will probably look a bit odd.  However, most likely, some kind of image will appear.  If you know for certain that the pictures are not ones you want to save, then obviously, just throw the cameras out.

as long as you kept them in a cool dry place; they can keep for years. but, you should get started on having them developed.
