here this cant just be saved as mpeg 4

the vid has to be the right audio codec

video codec AVC - kbps

Audio Codec AAC - kbps

Sampling frequency - kHz

MPEG-4

must be the right codec and video format mp4

the sampling frequency cant be to fast for the psp you need a different vid just use a converter  called prysm
