If you have processed through NSDL or  CDSL, please send a mail regarding the loss. You will receive the duplicate pan card after the communication.

You know they have messed up the card thing so much i feel happy that you have lost that idiotic progeny of Horse-Donkey parenthood.

In my card There is no detail about me. Only my and my father's name. Of course they both are the same. I am my own father. Apart from my photo(Black and White), my date of birth is the only thing that i can call as detail. If these things you can remember that are in their database then you can enter in the fieds given and get the details that you entered(idiotic again).

If you know your PAN No. than what else do you want to know?

The other details on the card are:

Your name

Your father's name

Your birth date

I suppose you know these details.

Just apply for a duplicate card.
