Hi, I have problem with fridge freezer (Hotpoint FF187E).?

The problem is when the frizer is working proporly, but the fridge is nothing at all, no frost inside every thing is perfectly clear. What it could be the problem?

both the lights on the top of the fridge freezer keeps flashing and food in freezer is starting to defrost
