Hi I tried to post a wanted on freecycle Douglas county moderator would not let through?

Question

I did all what she/he said I didnt do but they would not let it through and someone else posted the same thing on freecycle breeman and it went though what can I do about this? please reply soon.

Most moderators are pretty busy dealing with lots of issues so they may not be able to respond to you personally.  Unfortunately, many of these issues are due to their use of Yahoo Groups for local recycling.

You might try http://free.LocalDataPlace.com which was built specifically for local recycling.  We've solved many of the problems that face freecycle moderators (and made the experience better for the users, too!).  If you contact us, you'll get a reply.

I'm a former owner once of a freecycle group. They can pick on who they let post.. Now if any of the members had problems with you over even a friend it only takes one bad apple to say something to the owner and have them stop letting you post. If the mod whois helping the group can do the same thing is not let a post get posted. You can try sneaking in buy joining with a different e-mail and don't tell anyone it is you..if you do that don't use this name..you don't have to use your real name..but if you do want to get rid of something..don't add your address or phone number..do it all by e-mail..and this is the number one rule..don't have them come to your home..meet them in a mall as that is safer. So they don't know it is you only put a few different things in your post so they don't have any idea..and when someone wants the stuff and they e-mail you you can let them know you have a few other things and ask if they would like that as well..you can also join a few more groups of the same that is close to your are..you dont have to stick just to one group.
