I am a Maryland residebt and I have a few questions? I am currently on pbg for a misdomenor! it ends on august 23rd and i want to buy a hand gun! but when i went to the store he said make sure i dont have a record. is the pbj a conviction?? can i still get a gun?

No PBJ is not a conviction, and yes you can get a gun.

It's no ones business why you want one, if I could have one for protection I would too.

If, as of Aug. 23, your record is expunged by court order than you have no barrier if that was the only thing on your record.
