My birthday is on september 13 and i want to look great on that day.And one more thing gals and guys I can spend only Rs 3000. PLEASE HELP ME

  1. hey if u can spend money then u buy a machine called slim sona belt

    it doent cost much that 2000rs

    or if u have capacity to do exersice u go to a good gym

    do diet

    dont eat any thing after 7pm eat ure supper at 6pm only

Here you have not mentioned your present weight, according to that one should decide the dieat, I am sorry to say you can not reduce your weight with in 13th of sep. this year, you can try for next year. One can reduce only 2.5 kg. per month> You are not suppose to reduce more than that. Your weight should be in coordination with the height. suppose your hight is 5'.4" You should calculate your weight accordingly. The calculation is as follow.

           5.4= 64inches

           64X2.54=162.56 cms. Now subtract 162.54 -100= 62.54Kgs

    Your weight should 63kgs. for this calories of food in take to be calculated. According to your present weight and required weight, you have to take 1820 cal. per day. you are not suppose to eat more than this. For every food you eat daily you should calculate calories and eat. You have to walk not less than 5Kms per day. Do not consume more than one tea spoon of oil per day. Do not eat Nonveg. You should be a pure vegiterian.

    yoga is very good for tummy especially pranayam exercises.

    avoid oily food.Also decrease the sugar consumption. Drink lots of water, cut down on sweets and junk food.

    run, walk, bike riding, swimming, etc

    Take plenty of green vegetables.Hot water has ability of liquifying fat. Fat will be reduced if you drink hot water
