  3. When i started my own business in late 1950 the first thing i did was to find a very good accountant, one recommended by a friend, arranged an interview with  him and out lined my plans. From then i was guided through the whole process, and never had any trouble. The thing to remember though is such expertise has to be paid for, but those are expenses against taxation, and can save you an enormous

    mount of money in future trading. Do not forget though that you will have two uninvited partners in the business, the customs and excise dept., and the Inland revenue, ie tax and VAT. Good luck i wish you well.
