Thanks for asking! I'm a harper, but I have a regular gig all year at a local restaurant in Austin, Texas. I've had a whole bunch of bookings in the last week and a half, for which I am pretty pleased, but I didn't try for any for St. Patrick's Day itself. I guess I'm less interested in the typical pub scene on that Day, and pubs aren't particularly interested in booking a harp act. I'll just have to console myself with my thrice-weekly gig for the rest of the year!

Flight booked to Boston, hotel paid for, Guinness t-shirt and sweatshirt purchased in Dublin already in the suitcase, and $55 worth of cheap Irish trinkets to give out at the bar already in hand...oh yea...i'm ready!
