I opened a group email with an attachment that is incomplete and with remarks "details to follow". How come when I opened the same email again, the attachment was already updated. Was it reposted or not? who can do the updating? The one who prepared the attachment or the sender? I wonder if I can do this in my past or future communications to simplify emailing. Pls teach me how.

  1. that would be a computer issue on your end and not some updated attachment. you cannot do such a thing w/o reposting it. for whatever reason, your computer didn't fully load the attachment the first time but then did the second time.

  2. That is very strange.  When an email is sent with or without an attachment, it does not revise itself when you reopen the very same  email.  I am wondering if you opened an updated message (repost) sent from the group containing the proper attachment instead of the original email.
