if your that worried. eat extra healthy and take vitamins.

eat garlic. it strengthens your imune systemm.

Probably low.  But your best bet is to stay away from those that you know are sick and wash your hands often with soap and hot water, or use antibacterial wipes or antibacterial waterless hand cleaner.  Use it when shopping, dining and in school or at work when you can't be near a sink or bathroom...

If he does not have a contagious disease you will not get ill.  Stimuli such as dust, sweet smelling substance and allergies do cause one to sneeze.
