Hi. We have a dvd/vcr combo DRC8300N, we have tried to play a dvd, but the player says that there is disc error.It then explains that the disc is either dirty,incompatible format, or wrong region. We have tried several differentdvd's including one which cleans the video reader,nothing will play. What should we do to correct this problem. Thanks. David
