Dubai is one of the safest places in the world, if feel fine walking anywhere. You will have no problem as long as you  dress decently.

You can stay at the Four Points Hotel Its around $100. Thats a very good price for a 3 star hotel in Dubai. Trust me. You can use Expedia or Price Line and see it for yourself.

Dubai is very safe. i would say safer than Newyork. I love Dubai and i think its heaven.
