Please let me know the total time of processing time required to complete & get the visa....

I applied for employment visa inside Germany, it if you work for a private and small company it takes 2 to 4 weeks, if for a big company may be more than 2 months...

Since your are coming from India and assuming you will be staying for longer than 60 days. You will have an answer on your visa in 3 to 6 months, if you have no sponsorship from an emplyeer, If you do, it will take 2 to 4 months.
