Hi all, was wondering if any one can help me with advice, I am 10th fail, and 35 years old working ?

my question is should I go for Arts or Commerce, which has more Scopes for further studies if i plan for.

i will advicee for commerce because after school u can go BBA & THEN MBA .

As I'm not in the US I don't really understand what 10th fail means. But you seem to be asking what direction your studies should go. It all depends on what your goal is , what you hope to achieve through study.

You say you are working. Are there qualifications/courses that you could do associated with your job? - that way you should be able to progress up the ladder. Perhaps you'd like to do something slightly different? The best way always is to do it within your job and if you can, get some sort of sponsorship from your employer. Get your job description expanded or volunteer to do extra things so you get more experience and then build on that with associated qualifications.

If you want a complete change of direction, consider what you like doing - high status or well paid jobs lose their attraction if you hate the work. Or consider where you'd like to be in 10 years time. You will have to do lots of homework on how to get there. These days it's not just qualifications that get you to a particular job, you have to have experience. If you are changing career this is hard to come by - one way is to volunteer, so you may have to factor this into your plans.
