Hi am just about to complete my graduation and need help to make my resume as i have no prior work experience?

Yes...some experience helps to prepare the resume. At the same time, your extra curricular activities, other social achievements may also find place in your CV

you might have to get a temporary c**p job to create a resume, such as a restaurant or cashier.  if possible, try to get something in your field.  even if you end up at a crappy job, that does not mean you have to stay there forever.  get the experience and cash while finding an opening in the career you want and go for it
