No name calling but I am sorry to tell you that there is no way you can become a mermaid.  A spell cannot change the true nature of a thing.  Unless you were born a mermaid there is not spell that will turn you into one.

In an infinite universe anything is possible, so it might.  In practical terms where you have to deal with actual probabilities, not so much.  You can try if you like, but I doubt you'll have much success.

No. There is, unfortunately, NO magic that can physically transform a human into anything other than human. Mentally and emotionally you can be whatever you wish to become. But not physically. H2O is only a show.
