well im not sure what the weather is like where your from but little dresses are so in right now and there sooo super cute my friend just turned 21 and she wore a cute red dress with a tiara cus she was the princess for the night or get shirts made that say ur name that says ur 21 now on them get a group of ppl and have all of you wear them hey if the bartender notices you could get a free drink for your birthday never know. whatever you wear have fun.

Dress up in something that your friends would be shocked to see you in. Like, if you are normally a jeans kinda girl, shock them by wearing a s**y red dress and some heels! And do your hair different as well. Maybe get a makeover and wear a new perfume too. A little black dress would be nice too. I think all women need at least one little black dress in their wardrobe!
