I think you have to beat the boss on world 3 as mini

Beat the last boss on World 2 as mini Mario.

If you go for the post at the end you should auto go to the next one up

think its got something to do with the flowerpots at the end of level 1 (if you use the route that takes you along the top of the screen bricks etc., so you avoid the dragon monster thing at the end of some of the levels... I think)

Going across the top of the screen will give three flowerpots at the end of some of the game levels; if you choose the right flowerpot, it should take you there..
