  1. What does this have to do with Dining Out

  2. 5 GCSE above C - preferably English and Drama/Performing Arts included, and A levels above B in Performance subjects eg. Performing Arts, Theatre Studies and that sort. Most of my mates who got in also did English or Psychology type subjects at A-level.

I can honestly say that it went on their auditions in the end though. How good they were on the day in their chosen 'art'.

Don't know very much about the BTCE apart from that is equates to 2 A'levels and is more or less what you study full time at college. My college course was split into 5 groups of periods with one A level taking up each set of periods. My BTCE pals did their lessons in 3 of the sets.

  3. Not sure what are needed for drama schools but i did a two year BTEC national diploma in travel and tourism about 9 years ago at college.

Instead of me going on about what a BTEC is, its probably best to check out Edexcel's homepage (governing body) and then you can see related diplomas in drama or others subjects your interested in.

The BTEC was great, i really enjoyed the course, met loads of friends and i didn't have the same pressure as A-level students but i still got to study the same degree at university as those who had studied A-levels. Good luck.
