  1. There may be a specialized third rail scale track for an electric bullet train, but I have no idea what it is, as I've never seen any USA store carry it, nor on any website. It'd have to be something special. Good luck with THAT one! Au Revoir!

  2. 3 rail HO scale track is made by Marklin.

    Mehano also make HO scale 3-rail including models of the TGV.

  3. I'm not aware of 3 rail HO track. The only 3 rail I know of is for the Lionel style or O scale trains. You might try www.trains.com and click on the Model Railroader link
