Hi! can i install a modular kitchen with an island in a 10 x 13 ft area?

very functional utilitarian modular kitchen with an island, but the area available is only 10 x13 ft. cooking counter faces east and the sink faces south. many thanks

Yes. Most all home improvement centers will design your kitchen for free. [home depot, lowes, etc.] Just take in the exact measurements of the room including all windows, doorways, electrical switches, plumbing. Measure all heights that are relevant. Like wall switches and outlets. It is a good time to really think about decorator touches.Visit a good kitchen store for ideas.
