Hi can you make a pool liner?

above ground pool. what would you need to make one for it. it not that big and i don't want to spend 300-400 for a simple liner if i t can be made. im sure there are materials .. a vinyl like material and maybe industry glue or something. any ideas?

Pool liners are made on a very large table at the manufacturer. The seams are welded, not glued. Sure, if you had the equipment and space, you could make one, since you can buy the vinyl from a manufacturer easily enough but the cost of the seam welder to make it would be more than what any liner bought from a store would be and since you're buying such a relatively small quantity of vinyl, it's price would be right up there with an already made liner as well.

Liners for above grounds are cheap. 300-400 bucks for anything over a 15ft round is a good price if it's 27 mil or above.
