i dont  like the name white bait and i reccomend that for a name you  take a random object and turn it into a name....restaurants with random funky are the ones that i remember....some suggestions are cup o coffee the muffin top....it really depends on the food you are serving as well

Take inspiration from the place where you are and the culture of the surrounding area.  Maybe play on the type of food that you will be serving.  Try not to go for anything you think might be amusing because it will get attention but no one will want to eat there.

ooooh extra thought u can install a video progecter in the ceiling that plays really old black and white movies up high on the white wall (no sound) like casablanca and the count of monte cristo constantly (no sound) and play sultry jazzy music, serve cocktails, little rice paper candle holders on each table with tea lights.  Avoid direct lighting it will feel relaxing intimate and kinda chic and metro
