Hi There,

Safexpress is a good company, but I wouldn't stay with it for a serious career growth. I am not sure what level you are working at, but their pay scale at mid-level management to lower is one of the worst in the industry.

I would recommend you to go for MNCs like TNT, DHL, UPS etc. or at least change your job to high paying domestic logistics companies like Gati, Blue Dart, AFL etc.
