I would have to say no.  I did an extensive search on this.  Although I found their website, I still believe it isn't a legitimate hotel for the following reasons:

1) The website is on Tripod.  Any legitimate large hotel would have their own website and a email address that is not a Yahoo address.

2) They claim to be affiliated with Holiday Inn, but the Holiday Inn website has no listing for the hotel.

3) The hotel is not listed in the Telus Yellow Pages.  What real hotel doesn't publish their name, address and telephone numbers?  How do they expect to get customers?

4) By looking at the satellite pictures of the address you gave, there is only one hotel in the relatively residential area and that is the English Inn & Resort across the street at 429 Lampson Street and the Oak Bay Resort at 401...there is however a large hotel nearby on Wychbury Ave.  The address you gave suggests an apartment or condo unit (ie. 430 "K").  There is nothing at this address that would suggest a 1039 room hotel.

5) A search of Hida on google also brings up the following forum on Fraudwatchers.  Although the topic is relatively brief, it does suggest that the Hotel name is a front to get passport information:

If I were you, I'd stay away.  And under no circumstances send them any personal information (ie. Credit Card or passport information).
