  1. I  pray and i talk to God alone,    so then i am Normal. right  

    First of all i am not Psychologies but i can manage to adjust my body Metabolism for a deeper  stress.  

    Two basic type of strategies.

    (A). type focuses on those things you can change.    the other

    (B)  type deals with those circumstances you cannot control.

    Drinking  or  go to your  X  cannot  help your Stress.

    you can do both way.

    first you can see your doctor  talk about your stress.at end it came back to your self again and again. then it upset  you more.  OR

    two you can see your doctor General Fitness and Health Checkup. It give Idea  to know your body to Relax.

    OR you can do it by Relaxing your Body

    I learn to relax, a  WARM shower or long soaking bath it relax your tense muscles.( some people has no any effect.)

    I do light exercise or go for a walk or your favorite hobby. IF your Feeling upset,take a long,slow deep breaths Repeat five or Ten times.it  increasing your oxygen supply it can relax you.

    Have a warm glass of milk(it contain sleep-activating enzymes)before going to bed.

    I'll tell myself that it's okay, or to calm down, or not to worry, etc.

    It also gets your confused/jumbled thoughts out in the "open" and slightly organized.

  11. They say a very organized mind tends to talk to themselves. I do it all the time and i am highly organized. So i think it might be true. I have gotten weird stares, but then i don't forget anything and am at home later one, happy i managed it all.

    It's perfectly normal to talk to yourself at any time. It helps you sort it out. Trying to keep it all within our mind often doesn't work. It's simply too crowded there. I loved on Harry Potter that Dumbledore had a way to extract his memories and relook at them. if only we could all do such a thing. ha! Don't know how many times i stood there trying to remember what it was i ws forgetting!

    Seems like as you get older, the more that's on your plate, the more you talk to yourself. Normal, no worries.

    It's pretty fun! some people think it's weird... SO WAT? i like it! =D

  15. Yes, yes yes, and its like you are planning conversations that you will have with others, but have them with yourself. Its a way of venting the stress but without the other people / person hearing it at all . . .  kind of like rehersing a play, but more to vent frustartion rather than rehersing a script.

    Its perfectly normal so don't worryy !!!!!!!
