Hi. does the standard headunit for the bmw E46 have audio inputs for adding a base box or do i have to change?

I have a base box in my 3 series 320i and i would just like to know if it is possible to use it with the standard head unit that comes with the car ??

I dont know if it does but if it doesn't you can hook them up while still using the stock head unit. All you need to do is get a high-low converter they splice into the rear speakers. You will have 4 wires on one end and rca jacks on the other side. Splice them into the rear speakers and run the rca's from the converter to the amp. You can pick this up at any car audio store and even Walmart.
