I know wats wrong as if it was hotmail then press on "Forgot your password" then answer ur question and if it was your YAHOO! one then I think that u didnt lose it but I think that u didnt continue your email adress through writing : @yahoo.com ...as an example: [e-mail] coz the old way is not useful anymore as we didnt use 2 continue our email adress ...I once had ur problem but I had solved it after writing the whole adress try it

if u mean that u lost ur email addres then u have nothing to do but if u have lost the password do like the guy above me said :P

if its in hotmail for example or whatever you will see word under sign in or anywhere in the sign in/up page called "forgot your password" click it and try to answer your question you entered before.

or create a new one if you forgot the site or something!!!!
