do something  else,hotel trade bad pay ,bad hours always working when every else is having fun,i did it ,had to work every christmas and new year,all weekends,but now i work in a college has nvq assessor great hours ,loads of hloidays so have a go ,lots of jobs available in this

Apply for a job as a Hotel manager, Club Manager. You can basically manage anywhere that sells alcohol. You could even buy a Hotel or open your own. Well done and good luck in your future.
