Hi everybody, Can you tell your experiences with green tea, like alternative medicine?

Which miracles do you consider that this tea has done in your health?

Describe all the ills and chronic diseases that this tea, has controled and eliminated in your metabolism..

Hi, I have just started drinking green tea (this week) So  I haven't noticed any 'miracles' yet. But I was going to ask this exact question. So thanks.

P.S. I started taking it for general health. I don't have any sickness or disease, but my aunt swears by it.

It does taste disgusting though, so it must be good for me. lol

I had the same dream 4X in one night:  Just a very vivid picture if a box of Uji No Sato Green Tea and a box of something else.  That was all the dream was.  Ever since then I drink this tea almost exclusively.

Green tea is well-known in the Orient for promoting oral health.  I had a book on it, but I've already loaned it out and it was  never returned.

I read in the READERS DIGEST that if you add lemon to green tea it increases it's potency by 5 times.

It did give the university where the study was done.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have been off any medications for 5 months...since then not only do I drink alot of green tea but I have also changed my diet and take lots of supplements.... I think it is the part of the reason why I do not take medications anymore along with other contributing factors. (any the my doctor said I would be on medications forever...lol)
