  1. You might want to finish school first and learn how to properly construct a sentence before you worry about anything else. If you are asking if your nationality will hold you back, no it will not.  International fight attentants are required to speak multiple different languages if you. I would start with French and Spanish, but please master English first.

  2. In Western countries, one's religion, and complexion are not at all relevant to whether they can be hired for a particular job.

As a flight attendant you will need to be able to reach a certain distance, or lift a certain amount of weight, but at 6'1" you will have no problems with this.

Any foreign language will help.  Obviously if you work for a Chinese airline you should speak Chinese, and etc.  Aside from that, look for languages spoken in places where many people want to go.  Assuming you are in India, you may want to learn various Indian languages - Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, etc.

I apologize for my ignorance, but I do not know very much about the Sikh religion, so cannot comment on whether the religion would impose rules on you that would be incompatible with a career as a flight steward.  Are Sikhs still required to carry the sword?  This would not be allowed in an airplane, if the sword were metal, plastic, or wood.
