  1. You probabley need to work the muscle for bulk


  2. Try running hills i think it might help.

  3. You should do leg raises... the kind where you stand on a step or a curb and lift your body up while your toes anchor you. Point your toes in to work outer calves. Toes out to work inner. Running if you have a certain form can help but also make them more "chickeny" if you have a different form. I don't know what that form is, just have a habit of observing athletes. I helped my brother get his calves thicker over the years. Mine are downright gladiatorish. Genes.. all from my Dad.
