Hi everyone,I'm having a problem using avs 4you video converter?

I recently purchased avs4you video converter on line and I am having problems when I convert to a dvd file.I get the video alright but no audio.When I convert to avi there is no problem with the audio.I would love to save my videos on a dvd disc so I can clear up space on my hard drive,please help!
