It will be depending your qualification (diploma/degree), MOH/DOH status, Middle East Experience, Nationality and obviously the hospital you are joining...

As per my knowledge, there is even least minimum of AED 1200 as basic salary here in Abu dhabi (in some small local clinics) and I know the nurses who draws a monthly salary of AED 9000 as basic + family accomodation and other allowances... (This is as per the Abu Dhabi conditions)

You may able to calculate the living status of these slary condition in Abu Dhabi (search the living cost in yahoo answers for more details)
