hi i just start working there.(first day of first job)(16 year sold)work as front counter (as training)

i wonder how was your first day woking at mcdonalds?

i think it a hard job. i don't understand, like how many orders put in any size of bag?can u explain to me? they explain to me to but i can't remember. N i don't want to ask them again because they are not kind. thx i am confuseing , don't do want to do. on your first day ,was you confusing like me too?if so how long it take you to do well?

Well, I'm not the crew of Mcdonald, but i can help you. I just start working at 21 yrs old and at that time my situation was same as you. I also get scolded by my senior and  boss as my job always failed to complete and a lot of mistakes ( this is what we called real society) however, u still need to face and overcome it! I truly believe many people in the same boat too. In fact, when u face up many difficulties or problems,  you may realize that u r growing . When they scold u, just keep cool and think deeply on ur own mistakes. besides, u need to have positive thinking. i know it's hard. but, u need to try. This is what i did before. My experience taught me after few times scolding  and blame  i get promoted finally :) why? because i don't want them keep blame and scold on me so i need to work hard n improve myself... i sincerely hope my advice can  help you and wish u good luck.

i totally respect you a few years ago i went to work at mc donald's as a biscuit maker LORD HAVE MERCY on me that was the worst day in mcdonald history i was so slow i almost always had three pans down and they were always supposed to be up well anyway now i am BLESSED i do business cards well anyway JEHOVAH GOD BLESS YOU AND JESUS CHRIST DO ALL YOUR WORK AS YOU ARE DOING IT UNTO THE LORD AND YOU WILL BE BLESSED YOU YES YOU ARE BLESSED HOPE YOU HAVE A LONG CAREER IN WHATEVER THE LORD JEHOVAH GOD CHOOSES FOR YOUand you are doing HONORABLE WORK remember how when we were little children we thought working at mickey d's was the best and would b e the best YEAH GOD JUST GAVE ME A THOUGHT to pass on to you

and the elderly

it is your face they will see

think of the heartbroken

and the lonely

the downtrodden

and sometimes the restless

yes PRAY for them and i am sure they will and do PRAY for you

so keep smiling

cause after all to you it may just be a job

but to them it is everything

it your face that the hungry workers on their lunch break will see

the college kids on their way to HIGHER WISDOM

the elderly who have only so much to spend they chose to spend their precious time with you

the worn out moms and dads who just can't go anymore so they come to you and in hope of finding a friendly face yeah they come to you

Maybe just hang back a little the first few days and see how other employees do it.  Don't be shy in asking your crew chief and manager questions. It IS there job to train you.
