Hi for all people work at mcdonalds or fast food, thx u so much please help me?

hi ,i just start work at mcdonalds about a month ago. and now i thinking about to quiet. but i don't know if i regreat about it later. (it take me a long time to get this job, m 16 years).

the reasons is that my manage put me on the sceadual, emm 1 day a week and 5 hours. but i alway call to my manager to get more hours, and she does give me more hours. the problems is that i can't understand that. if i did something wrong or sth, that make her put me only 5 hours per week on the sceadual. but she is a really nice person.

i want to quiet because i think that she mind that i alway call her to get more hours.

would i shold i quiet or just wait ,maybe she ll put me more housr on next sceadual.(but i aredy work there for a months that happan every week. do u think the reason of that is because m not good worker. (i try my very very best)thx u so much .my eng is not well sorry

but anyway its probabaly cuz your under 18

just talk to your boss about it...and if that doesn't work, then u can quit

I think u should just wait it out u just started u gone get your hrs it take time u still need to be trained for things and you never no somebody might leave or get fired and u'll b next in line

My mum works at pizza hut. Why don't you swap with other people. Like if someone worked there didnt like their hours swap with them.

For some1 who has only worked there a month this is normal. When i first started i only got 5hours a week for the first couple of months, now i get 20-30hrs!!! stick it out and keep working hard it will get better i promise!!!! its a great job dont listen to every1 who is like oh maccas is **** cause it really isnt and the pay aint that bad either. They just like to make sure u are fully comfident before they give u lots of hours its normal.

P.S prob wouldnt keep asking for more hours though just wait your turn will come.
