Hi friends, I want to know about US visa availble for spose of green card holder?

i am getting marry to my fiancee she is working in US as nurse she want me to come US after marriage. we r getting marry in october and i want to travel before our wedding too. so can i get immigrant visa under spose of a lawfull citizen. she is residing there for more than 2 years and she has permanent green card also. how much time this procedure takes i want full information.

It's not going to play  out the way you expect here. while your fiancee can file for you after you marry, the petition she can file, an F2a, for you will take 5 years from the time it's filed before it is valid for use. Until that time, it won't provide any immigration benefits for you.The only thing that will speed this up is if she becomes a US citizen after you marry. Unless you can find some other status while you're waiting, you'll be illegal once your tourist visa expires, assuming you're approved for a tourist visa. If you are illegal in the US, you won't be able to use the petition to get a green card, even after the petition is valid, as long as she's a green card holder.
