Hi friends i am in g8 difficulty .how can we control our sleep while studying?

when ever i study i feel sleep.its very difficult for me to get up early..

  1. well,i too have the same problem,but i have figured out a way.

    i start in the evenings at abt 4:30 and go ontill abt 8.

    So i get to sleep a lot during nights!

If you study at the last minute, which I'm not saying you do, try using a planner to help you study better, and plan out what times of the day you study.  If that's not the case, always go in a quiet room where you can concentrate, perhaps listen to an IPod or MP3 while studying.  Make sure you finish homework early so you have time to study later.  Short naps can help you feel less sleepy, or having a small snack.  You can also try doing flash cards and competing with others in the family to make the studying more interesting and fun.  If that doesn't work, try having someone sit by you that you know you can trust and quiz you and make sure you concentrate.  Hope this helps! :)

  4. Whenever you feel sleepy, wash your face with water. Try to forget your load of study for  atleast 5 minutes. Have some coffee.

  5. u can do one thing . if u not able to wakeup early study till late nite n then sleep.. and i think every one sleep whlie studying..cos they make it boring..if u like wht u doing then u wont feel sleep infact u wont able to sleep. for example while watching movies. or if we have to woke up early morning to go out with frnds we wake up..so make your studies interesting. i know its difficult but now possible :)

  6. the best way to learn is to read the entire text book don't like re read only reread key facts, then you can obtain the basic info and thats the most important  you can ace every test up till college, but university requires memorization so dont worry to much, work on your brains recall, then memorize after

  7. Drink hot coffee,tea or milk

  8. make a habit of drinking something like water or juice or milk while studying that will keep you awake.

  9. Try pacing the room while studying.That's what I do(I hate waking up early too).Don't study while lying down on the bed.

  10. this may sound a bit stupid but it works. everyday try yo sit in on the floor and close your eyes and take deep breaths and exhale. the goal is to keep your mind on one target, breathing is done automatically but if you think and breath for sometime your mind concentrates on that thing only. i advise you to do this daily for about 15 minutes before you go to bed and after you wake up. your memory and thinking power also develops. if you take this seriously for about 1 month you will be more healthier.
