    For Nepal Telecom, easiest way is to get either PUK or SIM Serial number of your friend(s) and register for FREE websms service of Nepal Telecom via:

    http://websmsnew.ntc.net.np/websmss/regi...

    This does not cost anything.

    For Spice, just send email to   977980#######@sms.spicenepal.com and it will reach to cell no. 980####### as an SMS. This too is FREE.

    Nepal Telecom has a limit of 10 SMSes per account per day. Spice has no limits.
