Hi frnds i bought shares ?

i bought shares on the name of my frnds demat account. now if the price has fallen how can i get transferred the shares on my name plz. suggest. and moreover is the any document needed to be signed by my friend whos having the demat account. i want to be safe plz. guide thnks.

Get the actual, paper certificate of the shares. Your friend will sign them over and you can deposit into your account. No problem
