Hi greetings to all. I would like to know what should i do to start my distance running .?

It has been about 10 years or so that i have stoped.No health Problem at all. Good advice please. Thanking you in advance.

  1. set your self a goal, say around your block. when you can do that; do it everyday at a steady pace then move on to the next step.

    when you run around your block set you self a point when you will sprint the rest of the way. it may only be the last 20 meters. then each week step it up to 30 then 40 until you can run half the block at a sprint then move to a bigger block.  

    this will take time so dont give up after two week.


  2. start runnng again - frist try......15 mins - try jogging at first

    than - 1 hour running -

    it depends if you are already fit or not

    bring bottle of water

  5. mix jogging with walking to build yourself up to just jogging, then running

  6. start running short distances. build up by running longer and longer every time you run. try to stay away from endurance enhancing supplements. but really all you have to do is just keep running and go further and further every day and go a little bit faster each day.

  7. Invest in some high quality running shoes, & start running.

  8. firstly make sure you have good quality running trainers. start of with some easy training then building it up each day.

  9. run Forest, run!
