  1. no you will have to meet the state that you are living in criteria.

  2. You should check out this website that I found via a Google search.

    http://www.dmvflorida.org/

It should be able to provide you the information that you need, or there is probably a phone number that you can call to get more information.

  3. The easy way to get your licence is to go to a "school "/course as they go through everything until all is correct and you receive your drivers licence without all fails ans visits to dmv

  4. No I believe that you have to take the written tet over again. I moved from Nevada to California and had to take it over again...It sucks, and I am sorry! But I think they do this because every state has different rules of the road, even if it is just little things. By the way where are you from? Good luck with everything! Ask anyway, call the Florida DMV just to make sure :)

  5. You probally won't have to do either again if you have already done both-- Go the the court house in the new county that you live in in florida and you will probally get a new lisences plate that says you live in florida and it will probally change your lisences- call over there and ask when you can come in and they should guide you through everything!!!

Good Luck and Welcome to America!!

  6. no, you have to follow the rules that apply to california d,m,v.
