in my view no-one is god gifted and one has to develop his carrer ownself. I see you are worried about your english but i dont think its a too big problen.Firstly  i suggest you to build your confidence first that you can fluently speak and write english.Then you should try to use english language in speaking and writing. i advise you to read and to understand the basic concepts about the common things. then you should express your feelings in this language. then only you should read the concepts of grammer and its use.I suggest you to read at least one book per month so that you can get knowledge about different sectors. i suggest you to study dictionary much to develop your word power and knowledge about grammer and its use.well friend i am leaving now and if i found some online programmes i will give it to you.
