The moving will be in DT, and I only have a king size mattress, and some basic furniture, I already packed everything.

Definitely do not use Three Amigos.  Since you do not have much, I would suggest doing it yourself and renting a uhaul truck.  

Or going on line and checking the paper or sites such as craislist and kijiji for people advertising (or place your own ad).  Ask for references.
