Ju Jitsu helps with grabs and chokes. But F those ppl who want you to fight tell them to go s***w themselves cause they are stupid and if the look like they are going to attack you get real close to them and elbow them in the face or knee them in the stomach. Idk what else to say watch UFC? Or do what the guy above me said hahaha.
