in regards to the people that grew up native, at the time of residential schooling etc.:

what were some of the events that had occured:

socially, economically, politically, and culturally

culturally, poltically, economically, socially marginalised. made to feel inferior to esp anglo-saxons and even hispanics.  textbooks/ treatment from white teachers are different.

taunted by some white kids.  but many r nice too. drinking alcohol which is not part of our culture has become the norm now.  thats bad
