Hi guys.. i need help... plzz help me.. i weigh 101 lbs.... i wanna know if m normal weight or underweight?

i weigh 101 lbs.... i wanna know if that is under weight or normal weight.... i m 22 yrs old nd i m 5'3... also i wud like i to lose like couple pounds..... i gained 2 pounds few weeks ago... plzz suggest the best way to lose weight...... thank u...

  1. It depends on your frame. When I was 22, I was 5'1 and 100lbs. The doctor said, I was perfectly healthy. My frame is very small. Since then, I have had kids and only weigh 108 lbs, now. I can't gain weight to save my life. The funny thing is I don't look skinny.


  2. 115 is the "normal" weight for your height, but I always think that the "normal" weight is too fat. You sound fine the way you are. If you wanna lose weight, just cut back the calories a tad. :)

  3. You're underweight but like, if you want to lose weight carry on.

    Exercise and cutting back on food are the best ways, drink water instead of fizzy drinks and stuff.

    cut out carbs; they're the worst.  

  4. you are fine and do not need to lose any weight, if you lose weight you may become unhealthy. you are at the perfect weight for your height.  2 pounds are not going to hurt you

  5. You are under weight for your height. I would suggest not losing anymore weight. There are serious health risks to being under weight. Please talk with a doctor or counselor if you truely feel you are over weight.  

  6. You cant judge if you are overweight from numbers - because it depends on how much muscle you have. You sound very thin, but if you want to lose weight dont starve yourself. Eat plenty of healthy food, and workout. Its that simple.

  7. UR underweight TRY gaining 10 POUNDS eat some cake or something cuz that isnt
